Seville public transport map: what to download and where to find it
There is no single public transport map of Seville. There are several PDFs scattered between the city, TUSSAM, the metro and the Consorcio. Here is what each one contains and what is missing.
Anyone searching for "the Seville public transport map" to download before the trip is in for an administrative disappointment: that single document does not exist. What exists is several PDFs spread across four different bodies, each with its own slice of reality.
This page says which ones they are, what each contains, which ones expire every year and which piece is still missing. It is less elegant than a map, but it is what there is.

The full, up-to-date official map is the operator's: Metro de Sevilla, TUSSAM.
Why is there no single map?
Seville's network is split between four operators that do not share a document. TUSSAM runs the city buses and the tram, Metro de Sevilla runs line 1, the Consorcio de Transportes de Andalucía runs the regional buses, and the council publishes the mobility plans for each festival.
Each one publishes its own part. None publishes the whole. For a resident who already knows their line, that is not a problem; for a visitor who lands with three days ahead of them, it is.
The documents that do exist, and what each one is for
- TUSSAM's special plan for Holy Week. The most useful document of the lot: service start and end times, diverted lines and night service. It is reissued every year, so last year's is no good.
- The council's special mobility plan. The closed area, the hours of restriction in the old town and the access conditions. It is the one that explains why a street is closed.
- The Consorcio de Transportes fare table. The only one with a full table of prices by fare band, including the discount column in force in 2026.
- Metro de Sevilla timetable and fares. A web page, not a PDF, with the hours for each day of the week and the tickets by zone.
- The municipal tourist board's Transport in Seville leaflet. A summary for visitors, also available in English, with the reference prices for the city bus.
That tourist leaflet is the closest thing to a pocket map the city publishes, and even so it covers neither the regional buses nor the festival closures.
What should you remember before downloading anything?
If you only have time to memorise four figures, make it these, because they cover most situations.
- City bus and tram: €1.40 on board, €0.35 with a card.
- Airport, EA line: €6 per journey.
- Metro: €1.80 for one zone, €3.20 for two zones and €3.60 for three zones.
- Regional bus, band 0: €1.55 for a single ticket and €1.01 with a travel card, with a 40% discount applied in 2026.
The map that saves the most is the one of your own neighbourhood. A room five minutes from a metro station or the tram line removes two or three tickets a day and, on procession days, spares you from depending on diverted lines. Filter your accommodation by location before price.

This is the point that causes the most trouble. The TUSSAM and mobility plans are reissued for every edition, and downloading the previous year's leads to timetables and closures that are no longer true.
From the 2024 edition, the reference times remain: service starting at 6:00 on Holy Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 7:00 on the other days, and daytime service ending between 1:00 and 1:15 on most radial lines.
For 2026, an increase in service of around 20% was announced. Carrying the rest over from one year to another would not be wise, which is why we always cite the edition each figure comes from.
There is also a structural limit that no PDF solves: road closures are adjusted every day as the brotherhoods advance, and announced practically live. A printed map is out of date the moment it is printed.
What no document says
Five practical questions that have no public answer, and that are best sorted out on the spot.
- The payment methods accepted on board. The fare tables list tickets, not ways to pay or whether foreign cards work.
- The full fare table for 2026. Only the planned bonobús price of €0.85 per journey is known; that year's single ticket does not appear.
- The amount of the fines for travelling without a ticket or entering a restricted zone. The municipal tow truck is mentioned, the amount is not.
- Accessibility along the route. Vehicles of people with reduced mobility are exempt from the restrictions, but no accessible routes are published.
- A list of local public holidays and their effect on TUSSAM timetables.

If you are coming for Holy Week, the map matters less than the location. With lines diverted and closures changing every evening, the only stable thing is the walk from your bed to the route. It is the variable that gets booked months in advance and the one you cannot fix afterwards.
